CCM analysis CHANGE IN LAW AND INCREASE IN INVESTMENT IMPLEMENTATION COSTS.

The beginning of the year for the construction market in Poland and long-term projects has for many years been associated with a further increase in costs due to changes in legal regulations.

From January 1, 2025, a number of fees and rates have been increased, also important for the construction market in Poland, including:

  • The amount of the minimum remuneration for work from PLN 4,300 gross to as much as PLN 4,666 gross, which means an increase in wages by 8.51%
  • The amount of the mining fee for minerals (sand and gravel) by 7.41%
  • The environmental fee for placing waste in a landfill for waste from construction, renovation and dismantling of buildings and road infrastructure by 11.39%
