he second edition of the Polish Construction Congress took place on September 16-17 in Warsaw, where key challenges for the construction industry were discussed.

One of the aspects that received particular attention was, among others, a difficult situation related to employment in the construction industry, or even a crisis related to the shortage of both qualified production workers and the influx of new engineering staff.

This topic was discussed in more detail by Michał Lempkowski – Managing Partner of CCM, in a special issue of the quarterly “EUROINFRASTRUKURA XXI”, the new issue of which had its premiere during the 2nd edition of KBP.
