🚆 The 14th Railway Congress is behind us, which took place on November 14 at the Copernicus Science Center in Warsaw and CCM Sp. z o. o. had the honor of becoming a Technical Partner of this most prestigious railway industry event in Poland!
Over 600 representatives of politics, public administration, business and science discussed current challenges in the railway industry.
MICHAŁ LEMPKOWSKI, Managing Partner of #CCM, took part in the debate “Project quality, regulations and investment implementation”, where the topics included, among others: regarding the division of risks between the Ordering Party and the Contractor and changing the approach to handling contract claims on the railway. The debate participants agreed on a significant improvement in the relations between the main participants of the construction process in resolving disputes – mediation as a basic and, above all, effective form of amicable resolution of railway disputes is already a fact!
