In today’s issue of “Puls Biznesu” appeared an article entitled “Price steamroller smashes construction industry”, summarising the results of the CCM Report entitled “ANALYSIS OF CHANGES IN THE PRICES OF KEY RAW MATERIALS AND MATERIALS USED IN CONSTRUCTION TWO MONTHS AFTER THE MILITARY ESCALATION OF THE CONFLICT IN UKRAINE (24 FEBRUARY – 25 APRIL 2022)”
The current situation in the construction industry for “PB” is commented on by Michal Lempkowski – Managing Partner of CCM.
– Since the start of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine until 25 April, the price increase has exceeded 90 percent. Practically everything used in construction has become more expensive. It has been a long time since things were as bad as they are today. The level and dynamics of price changes have not been seen for many years. The upward trend continues and there is still a long way to go to stabilise prices and the situation on the market, comments Michał Lempkowski.
