Today’s issue of “Puls Biznesu” features an article entitled “War price growth has slowed down a bit”, summarising the results of the CCM Report entitled “ANALYSIS OF CHANGES IN THE PRICES OF KEY RAW MATERIALS AND MATERIALS USED IN CONSTRUCTION THREE MONTHS AFTER THE MILITARY ESCALATION OF THE CONFLICT IN UKRAINE (24 FEBRUARY – 24 MAY 2022)”
The current situation in the construction industry for “PB” is commented on by Michał Lempkowski – Managing Partner of CCM.
– The prices of key raw materials and materials used in the construction industry have not returned to pre-war levels three months after the escalation of the conflict in Ukraine. The increase at the end of the period analysed by us reaches up to 90 percent. This is primarily the impact of high prices of energy raw materials, comments Michał Lempkowski.
