When applying for an indexation of remuneration based on the provisions of the Public Procurement Law, contractors of construction works must now take into account the need to demonstrate the fulfillment of a number of conditions, resulting from, among others, the legal opinions of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Poland and the Public Procurement Office, which in practice boils down to a detailed cost analysis, verifying the legitimacy and specifying the amount of the Contractor’s claim/application.
CCM experts in the person of Michał Lempkowski and Krzysztof Kaczorek will share with the participants of the event their practical knowledge and experience in preparing detailed cost analyzes as part of the services provided to participants of the construction market in Poland.
