Labor costs are reaching new highs, which is driving a further increase in the costs of construction projects in Poland, regardless of the relative stabilization in building material prices that has been observed since the third quarter of 2023. This stabilization, while welcome, came after a prolonged period of rising prices due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the escalation of armed conflict in Ukraine in early 2022.
