On February 28, 2020, Warsaw will host the “Construction Contract Adjustment – Theory vs. reality.” seminar on construction contract adjustment. The event is organized by CCM Construction & Claims Management and the “BARYLSKI T., OLSZEWSKI A., BRZOZOWSKI A.” law firm. The event is held under the substantive auspices of the Polish Consulting Engineers and Experts Association – SIDiR.
The seminar participants will be briefed on a wide range of issues related to construction contract adjustment. The purpose of the event is to outline the legal aspects of the impact of a variation in circumstances on contractual obligations, to discuss the type of contractual risks attributed to each of the contracting parties and related to the increase in the cost of works, and to present various options for a practical approach to adjustment in order to determine the amount corresponding to the actual value of the construction works in progress.
The event is held under the substantive auspices of the Polish Consulting Engineers and Experts Association (SIDiR).
