The survey precedes the report prepared jointly by the Technical Partner (CCM) and the Legal Partner (DLA Piper) on the increase in the costs of construction investments in Poland after exactly twelve months from the escalation of the armed conflict in Ukraine. The survey is anonymous and the questions asked are of a general nature. The answers obtained will allow us to present, in percentage terms, general trends regarding the discussed issues among construction investment contractors.
The report will be published in March 2023 and will cover data for the period from February 24, 2022 to February 24, 2023. The report will present indicators concerning, among others: changes in the prices of fuels, raw materials and materials that affect changes in the costs of construction investments in Poland. The report will also include a legal commentary on possible legal actions taken by contractors in order to obtain payment for the increase in investment implementation prices.
