Professional summary
Tomasz is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and has many years of professional experience in the implementation and operation of infrastructure projects, including those related to the modernization of railway lines and the construction of the metro.
During his professional career, Tomasz held, among others, the function of Technical Director of the Railway Division in the structures of a general contracting company, Contract Director and Expert for Contract and Claims Handling, being responsible for such areas of construction project management as: constant monitoring of events resulting in the risk of financial and/or timely claims, participation in the process of negotiating changes to the contract, supervision over the contract implementation budget or preparation of internal regulations and processes related to the operation of the construction company.
Tomasz cooperates with CCM as an Expert on construction claims and risks.
