The beginning of the year for the construction market in Poland and long-term projects has for many years been associated with a further increase in costs due to changes in legal regulations.
From January 1, 2024, a number of fees and rates have been increased, also important for the construction market in Poland, including:
- The amount of the minimum remuneration for work from PLN 3,600 gross to as much as PLN 4,242 gross, which means an increase of almost 18%.
- The fuel surcharge rate for individual fuels increased by 13.2%.
- The environmental fee for placing waste in a landfill for waste from construction, renovation and dismantling of buildings and road infrastructure by 14.4%.
