In the latest Biuletyn Konsultant, an article entitled “Wzrost kosztów realizacji inwestycji budowlanych jako główny skutek wojny w Ukrainie – Raport CCM i DLA Piper”, in which Mikołaj Matla, Delay and Quantum Specialist at CCM Sp. z o.o., presents the conclusions of the CCM and DLA Piper Report.
As Mikołaj Matla states – it is impossible to establish a single, universal division of risk related to the occurrence of extraordinary price changes as a result of unforeseen situations. Achieving the proper division of risks must be associated with a detailed calculation of the risk that could be assumed at a specific moment on the basis of publicly available data and information on prices in the construction industry. The above results from the fact that the prices of construction objects from individual construction sectors, as a rule, are shaped in different ways.
